Your details

Salo-Salo Sessions PH is a DJ collective running nights across Metro Manila. This page says what we collect, where it goes, and what you can ask us to do about it. It describes what this site actually does, not what a template says.

What we collect

Three things, and only when you hand them over yourself.

Guest list
Your name, email, mobile number, and which session you're coming to. We generate a door code and QR from it so you can be checked in on the night.
Mailing list
Your email address. Nothing else.
Booking enquiries
Your name, the venue or brand you're booking for, your email and mobile, the date you have in mind, and anything you type into the message.

Reading the site collects nothing. There is no account to make and no form you have to fill in to look around.

What we don't do

  • No analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers. There is no measurement code on this site at all.
  • Fonts are served from our own domain, so opening a page doesn't tell anyone else you were here.
  • We don't sell, rent, or hand your details to anyone for marketing.

Cookies and browser storage

The public pages set no cookies. They use your browser's session storage for three small things: whether you've already seen the intro animation, whether the guest-list form should open when you arrive, and a cache of the colours sampled from a poster. All three clear when you close the tab and none of them hold anything personal.

Staff signing in to the admin console get a session cookie. That is the only cookie this site sets, and it is never set for visitors.

Where it goes

  • Guest list and mailing list entries are stored in our database, a Postgres instance hosted by Supabase.
  • The site itself is hosted on Vercel.
  • Guest list and mailing list entries may also be mirrored to a private Google Sheet we use to work the door.
  • Your guest list confirmation, and our replies to booking enquiries, are sent through an email provider.
  • Booking enquiries are not saved to the database. They reach us as an email and live in our inbox.

Who can see it

Salo-Salo Sessions PH staff with an admin account, and nobody else. On the night, the person on the door sees the names and codes for that session so they can check people in.

How long we keep it

Guest list and mailing list entries stay until you ask us to remove them. Nothing is deleted automatically. You can leave the mailing list whenever you like, and you can ask us to delete a guest list entry after the night has passed.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete or block it, or send you a copy. You can object to how we use it, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

Email us and we'll sort it out. If you think we've handled your details badly, you can raise it with the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.

Changes

If what we collect changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves.
